MY EXPERIENCE AS A PHYSICAL SCIENCE TEACHER

During my internship as a physical science teacher, I embarked on a journey filled with both challenges and rewarding experiences. This period allowed me to immerse myself in the dynamic world of education, gaining invaluable insights into teaching practices, student engagement, and the complexities of classroom management.

Based on BEd curriculum i had completed my school internship at HIHSS Edavanakad with my fellow trainee Anupama K S.The training period was good. It gave me a lot of good experiences and memories. I was assigned in 8th and 9th Malayalam medium class.

One of the most notable aspects of my internship was the opportunity to develop and execute lesson plans. Crafting engaging and informative lessons that catered to the diverse needs of my students required careful consideration and planning. I learned to incorporate a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on experiments, multimedia presentations, and interactive discussions, to create dynamic learning experiences. Through trial and error, I discovered the importance of flexibility and adaptability, as I continually adjusted my approach based on student feedback and evolving classroom dynamics.

Classroom management emerged as another significant area of growth during my internship. Establishing clear expectations, routines, and consequences was essential for maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. 

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my internship was the opportunity to engage students in hands-on experiments and demonstrations. Watching their faces light up with curiosity and excitement as they explored scientific concepts firsthand was incredibly rewarding.

In conclusion, my internship as a physical science teacher was a transformative experience that shaped my understanding of effective teaching practices and ignited my passion for education.
